To all our valued clients, partners, and associates:
This week TMIG has taken several steps to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients, and help stop local transmission of the COVID-19 virus while continuing to operate and deliver a high level of client service. Effective immediately our staff is working remotely and have been given the tools needed (VPN, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to continue to collaborate and meet with clients virtually. While this is unfamiliar territory, we have embraced remote work and will continue to produce the quality deliverables you expect from TMIG.
This new remote work protocol has been instituted in concert with other new procedures on sick leave, self-isolation, elimination of travel, and elimination of all in-person meetings. Our staff will contact you to arrange for a teleconference or virtual meeting in lieu of any previously arranged in-person meetings.
We recognize the rapidly changing nature of the virus and have established a working group of senior staff tasked with monitoring and mitigating the impact of the virus on our business and yours. With the Province declaring construction and engineering essential services, we anticipate our collective work will continue and further, that our industry will play a critical role in resurgence of the economy.
All of us at TMIG thank you for your continued support and flexibility during this challenging time.
If you have any questions, please contact your TMIG representative or me personally.
