TMIG offers internship positions for civil engineering students from a variety of academic institutions throughout the year. These positions give candidates an opportunity to work alongside leading industry experts, gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience in their field while enjoying all the benefits our company has to offer. TMIG hires students from post-secondary institutions for the summer term (May to August) to participate in a variety of projects that encompass the full spectrum of planning, analyses, design, and implementation of the municipal works and environmental management measures associated with growth and development. Successful candidates will be involved in activities that may include assisting in the analysis and design of municipal storm, sanitary, and potable water services, stormwater management analysis and design, hydraulic and hydrologic modelling, grading and earthworks design, and the preparation of engineering drawings and reports.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with AutoCAD. Interested students should submit their application package to Rene McKeown at email@example.com by March 1st.
